  • We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, property values, resale prices, or timelines.

  • Any implementation, purchasing, or construction decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.

3. Consultations & Bookings

  • Consultations must be booked in advance through our website or agreed channels.

  • Payment (if applicable) is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion.

4. Fees, Payments & Refunds

  • All fees are clearly communicated prior to engagement.

  • Payments are non‑refundable once services have commenced.

  • No refunds are issued for completed consultations, delivered concepts, or partially rendered services.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Respond promptly to requests for feedback or approvals.

  • Ensure access to the space (if applicable) and relevant measurements, photos, or documentation.

  • Understand that delays caused by missing information may affect timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, concepts, visuals, documents, and materials created by The Nest Design House remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients are granted a non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license to use deliverables for personal or internal business use only.

  • Designs may not be copied, resold, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Use of Images & Portfolio Rights

  • We reserve the right to photograph or display completed or conceptual work for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes.

  • Client names and exact addresses will not be disclosed without consent.

  • If you wish to opt out of portfolio use, this must be requested in writing prior to project commencement.

8. Third‑Party Vendors & Recommendations

  • Any contractors, vendors, suppliers, or products recommended are provided as a convenience only.

  • We are not responsible for the performance, pricing, timelines, warranties, or actions of third parties.

  • Any agreements with third parties are strictly between you and the vendor.

9. No Professional or Legal Advice

  • Our Services do not constitute architectural, engineering, legal, financial, or real estate advice.

  • You should consult licensed professionals before making structural, financial, or regulatory decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
